The league is designed to introduce youth to the game of volleyball. This recreation league was created to provide a safe, fun environment to learn the basic premises of the game through practices, teaching the fundamental volleyball skills, sport ethics and league competition. Teams will receive an hour of practice each week. Players will receive a team t-shirt. A team will consist of a minimum of 8 players and maximum of 12 players. To register, the coach will need to contact the Parks and Recreation Department with their team information. At that time, the coach will be given a team code to give to the players to use during registration either online or in person.
Signing up as an individual or a free agent does not guarantee your child a spot on a team. A coach will have to volunteer in order for a team of free agents to be formed. If and when a coach volunteers, a staff member will contact individuals with team information.
If interested in coaching, please call 817.503.1180 or email email@example.com for more details.
PLEASE BRING YOUR OWN BALL AND KNEE PADS!
