Tarrant County Public Health informed the city of Colleyville on Wednesday, Sept. 7, of positive results for West Nile Virus in two submitted mosquito samples taken from sites near the 3200 block of Scarborough Lane and the 1600 block of Hall-Johnson Road.

Crews are treating the sites with larvicide and will conduct targeted, localized fogging this week. Residents in proximity to the areas to be fogged will receive a door hanger notification prior to the start of fogging. The city is notifying residents within a quarter-mile area of the sample site via CodeRED.
