Two seasonal promotion programs return this holiday season to support local businesses: #ColleyvilleGives and Christmas Gift Cards.

#Colleyville Gives 
The Q4P grant program returns again this year and provides qualifying businesses in Colleyville money to spend on advertising. Eligible businesses can apply for up to $1,000 in grant money to put toward an advertising campaign. Businesses who wish to make a $500 donation to an area non-profit will receive an additional $1,000 in grant money. Advertisements must display the hashtag #ColleyvilleGives.

Qualifying businesses must:
• Be located within the city limits and collect sales tax (sales tax ID may be required)
• Complete the 2021 Q4P application
• Complete a W-9 form
• Run an advertisement by December 31, 2021. The ad must contain the hashtag #ColleyvilleGives
• Submit proof of advertisement campaign to city staff

Christmas Gift Cards
City Council has approved the return of the Colleyville Christmas Gift Card program. Each Colleyville household will receive a $35 gift card for purchases at participating restaurants and commercial retail businesses within our city. Gift cards will be distributed mid-November. The City is also partnering with the Ministerial Alliance in distributing $50 Colleyville Cares gift cards to families in need.

Once in hand, the gift card can be presented at participating Colleyville businesses for payment of services. The businesses will use the card to credit the transaction and receive reimbursement from the city at the conclusion of the program.
