The Tinker Road Water, Wastewater, Drainage, and Roadway Improvement project is scheduled to commence the week of February 17, 2025 with one-way eastbound traffic being implemented the week of February 24. The project includes the following improvements:

• Water and wastewater line improvements
• Drainage improvements
• Installation of a 5' sidewalk on the north side
• New roadway section improving the ride quality of traffic

Tinker Road from Ponderosa to Caldwell Hughes Road will be closed to westbound traffic for the duration of the construction. Traffic will only be able to travel eastbound within the work zone.

We anticipate the project will take 6-7 months to complete, depending upon weather conditions.
