Weekly Open Play Sport Series
Looking for a fun way to stay fit and socialize during the week? Drop in for our adult Open Play Sports Series, where we rotate between Pickleball (residents only), Dodgeball, Basketball, and Volleyball each week. All skill levels are welcome and with its drop-in format, no teams are required making it a perfect mix of friendly competition and casual play. Click here to register.

Co-Ed Sand Volleyball League
A sand volleyball league for every recreational skill level. This league is designed to cultivate friendly competition in a fun and safe environment. The summer league will have six weeks of regular season games, followed by a single elimination tournament. Recreational rules apply. Free agents are welcome but not guaranteed a spot unless an existing team needs an additional player or a new team can be formed. Click here to register.

Adult 3-on-3 Basketball League
Join our adult basketball league for fast-paced, high-energy games. Teams play up to two games per night, with two 12-minute halves. All games are officiated and scored. The season runs seven weeks, followed by a single elimination tournament. Teams should wear reversible jerseys or bring a light and dark shirt each night. Dance Fit
Dance Fit is a fun, energetic workout that blends easy-to-follow dance moves with cardio fitness. Set to upbeat music from a variety of styles, this class gets your heart pumping while you move, groove, and sweat—no dance experience needed. Each session focuses on full-body movement, helping improve coordination, endurance, and confidence in a welcoming, judgment-free environment. Jazzercise Lo-Impact - CANCELLED
Use muscles, not momentum to get a total body workout that brings all the dance fitness fun without the hop. A combination of cardio and strength training for a heart-healthy workout that keeps your body strong.
High-Intensity Interval Training - CANCELLED
This HIIT class features a workout format that alternates between short bursts of intense exercise and brief recovery periods.
Step Aerobics - CANELLED
This class features a high-low impact aerobics format that incorporates choreography and athletic movements.
Pilates - Tone and Strengthening
Pilates effectively strengthens the core, increases overall muscle tone, builds flexibility and balance, and improves posture, coordination, and overall fitness level. This class will leave you feeling refreshed without stress or strain to your joints. Modifications are included for all levels. Please bring a thick mat. Click here to register.

Body Sculpt
Utilizing weights, Body Sculpt is a 20-minute full body strength-building class. Resistance training has been shown to be the most effective way to shed fat by increasing the "after-burn" after exercise. It also helps to build bone density, improve strength as well as muscle tone and endurance, boosts your immune system, and helps fast-track weight loss. Click here to register.

Camp Gladiator Boot Camp
Camp Gladiator has become the fastest growing and most dynamic fitness program in the nation. This four week adult fitness boot camp promises motivation and a challenging environment where men and women of all ages and fitness levels can push themselves. Chair Volleyball
Chair volleyball is a fun, low-impact version of the traditional volleyball game that features a beach ball and lower net. Participants enjoy all the excitement of the game, bumping, setting, and volleying, from their chair without the physical strain of standing or running. Indoor Walking
Enjoy a safe and comfortable place to walk inside the Recreation Center gym. Whether you’re looking to get your steps in, stretch your legs, or walk with friends, this time offers a great way to move at your own pace without worrying about weather conditions. No meeting Jan. 19,

Kenpo Karate
Adult and teen co-ed classes in street-practical American martial arts, recognized worldwide as the most complete self-defense system ever developed. This is not a sport karate class. A co-ed, five week police academy for teen and adult civilians. Class includes tactics and methods taught to law enforcement and professional bodyguards.
