How to sign up for a class

Full Court 5-on-5

If you’re looking for well-organized pick-up basketball games that take away the stress of arguments, chaotic play, and never-ending matches, join us for structured basketball games complete with referees, scoreboards, and a game timer. Players will be grouped into teams based on their arrival order: the first five players will form one team, the next five will form the opposing team, and so forth. Each game will last for 12 minutes with a running clock and the winning team stays. There will be a two minute break in-between games. Please bring a reversible jersey.

B.E.S.T. Sports Basketball Classes

Our industry-leading basketball class introduces and advances your player’s ability for ball handling, dribbling, defense, jumping, passing, shooting, and the triple threat position. Our goal and focus is to maintain an energetic and highly active program that will teach, encourage, and advance your young players regardless of their skill level. No class Nov. 29. Basketball Tech Camp

Basketball Tech Camp is designed for players of all skills and abilities that are looking for a serious and fun basketball experience. We focus on individual dribbling skills, passing, and shooting but learn team concepts to put all of the pieces together. This is a skill[1]based program which utilizes drills and games to reinforce skills being taught. Part of each class time will be used for game scrimmages. Please bring a snack, water, and gym shoes. B.E.S.T. Sports Holiday Camps

Join us for an action-packed week at the B.E.S.T. Sports Holiday Camps! Players will develop fundamental skills through a mix of structured drills and exciting competition-style games. Our B.E.S.T. coaches are dedicated to fostering growth from beginner to intermediate levels, ensuring every child gains confidence and proficiency. Sign up for a camp experience that combines skill-building with fun on the court! No equipment is needed but please bring a water bottle and a snack. Click here to register.

Winter Youth Basketball League

The league is designed to introduce youth to the game of basketball. It was created to provide a safe, fun environment to learn the game through practices, teaching the fundamental basketball skills, sport ethics, and league competition. A team will consist of 7-10 players. Teams will practice for one hour a week. The league will have eight weeks of regular season games, played on Saturdays, followed by a single elimination tournament. Players will receive a jersey. Team t-shirts are available at registration for $15 each. No games or practices Dec. 22-27 and Dec. 31-Jan. 3.

Team Registration

Coaches must contact the Parks and Recreation Department to provide their team information, book a practice time, and set up a team code. The team code is required for registration. Click here to register a player for a team.

Free Agent Registration

Free agent players will be placed on a team based on information provided at registration, if and when a coach volunteers. If you would like to volunteer to coach, please contact the Parks and Recreation Department. Staff will email practice and team details once a free agent player has been placed on a team. If staff is unable to place a free agent player on a team, a refund will be provided. Service fees assessed online are non-refundable. Free agent registration will end a week early on Oct. 31 to help accommodate team placement. Click here to register a player for the free agent list.
