Medicare Fraud Seminar

Learn how to recognize common Medicare scams, protect personal information, and review Medicare statements for potential fraud. Participants will also learn how to report suspected fraud and access available resources for assistance. This seminar provides practical tools to help beneficiaries stay informed and protected. AARP Smart Driver Course

Improve your driving skills and learn strategies to stay safe on the road. This course may qualify participants for an insurance discount, depending on their insurance carrier, but cannot be used for ticket dismissal. A valid driver's license is required. Course materials and certificates of completion are provided. Fees must be paid at class by cash or check. Preregistration required.

Maintaining Physical Independence and Combating Osteoporosis

Learn how strength training can support mobility, balance, bone health, and independence as you age. This educational and interactive presentation will discuss the role of exercise in maintaining muscle mass, reducing fall risk, and helping prevent and manage osteoporosis. Bring your questions and wear workout attire. Preregistration required.

Interactive Dementia Training

Experience a hands-on dementia simulation designed to provide insight into the daily challenges faced by individuals living with cognitive impairment and sensory changes. Guided by trained coaches, participants will gain a better understanding of dementia and learn how to connect more effectively with those affected by it. Preregistration required.
